My phone said beep,
I run to take a quick peep.
hoping its you,
but alas its a false mew.
Then came in a call..
my heart for a second stalled.
I wish its you.
but that wish is too good to be true.

I sleep on my phone,
even at home,
never leaving its side,
I cant believe at times you are mine.
days and hours have gone by,
and I wish I could be by your side.

A network that keeps us connected,
a site that brought us together,
It makes me sad,
and I feel bad,
at times I even get mad,
The connection that sends my thoughts to you,
gets lost on its way to you,
I am so far away from you.

Lying on my bed at night,
Your face in my sight.
I wish I could hold you tight...
I long for the time we spend,
not relying on phone connections.

I cannot wait to feel your touch,
which would make me blush.
I think I live in a world of dreams,
You are a fiction..at times it seems.
I cannot wait to feel your touch,
a truth,a reality...a dream very much.

When I see you smile,
it makes my heartbeats go high.
that twinkle in your eye,
gives me butterflies.

Whisper Of Silence

She looked outside the window and smiled,
In realization to what she felt tonight.
Something she had ignored,
And not sure off;
Came to her;
In a tiny whisper so soft.

She felt the warmth
That she missed so long.
Even in the cold night;
She felt so warm.
She shivered,not because of the cold;
But the warmth she felt;
A feeling that she longed to hold her before.

“How did i miss this?”, she wondered.
“Right before me and I still pondered?”
“How I searched for someone like this,
And I looked away without giving a glimpse!”

Things started falling in place for her,
The bits of pieces she had gathered.
She smiled n blushed;
She looked out of the window,
The breeze that touched her,and the warmth that made her shiver.

Beach

As the waves thrashing by the rocks on the sea,
I feel this warmth inside me.
The breezy wind that blew,
and I was aware of the truths so few.

Although with people around me,
there was a boundary around me.
I didn't feel lonely and I didn't want the crowd.
cause something inside me was giving company all along.

I looked at the red rocks so sharp and yet so calm,
the waves that came and hugged the rocks with the mighty arm.
they were so in sync,
didn't need another one in.

Just a touch caused ripples in the pond.
although a little disturbed returned to their normal form.
Is it the same for us?I wondered;
It is, if you want to be undisturbed.

I used wonder how what why?
but somehow now I have stopped questioning the sky.

Emotions

Not always do we say;
I love you.
Not always;
I miss you
Not for..
Hugs and kisses.
But no matter what we say or don’t,
I know I’m there for you;
So are you for me too.

An expression

When you call me ‘Love’,
I go weak on my knees!
When you say ‘Baby’,
I can’t think any other word so sweet!
When you look at me with those eyes,
I wish the world stops for a while.

Just your name,
Brings a smile on my face.
Your sound,
Makes me forget the troubles around.

When I found you,
I found a new Me.
Is the world such a pretty place?
Or has your love done this to me?

I looked for answers before,
I question destiny no more.
